Research interests:

She is interested in formal methods for discrete event dynamical systems, and has been working on designing correct and efficient algorithms for planning for sequential control problems. This work has been carried out in cooperation with Dr. Christer Bäckström and Dr. Peter Jonsson at the Department of Computer and Information Science. She was involved in ISIS (Integrerade Styr- och InformationsSystem) which is a VINNOVA Competence Center for Information Systems for Industrial Control and Supervision. She is currently interested in diagnosis. One project is model based fault isolation in object oriented control systems . This project is carried out together with Dan Lawesson and Ulf Nilsson from theTheoretical Computer Science Laboratory. Another project is statistical methods for fault detection and diagnosis in process control systems together with Anna Hagenblad, Lennart Ljung, and Fredrik Gustafsson. She is involved in PIC-Li, a Center for integrated optimal planing and control in process industry founded by the Swedish Foundation for Strategic Research ( SSF ).
