Erik Wernholt

Background

I was born in Tranås 1975. In 1996 I moved to Linköping to start my studies at Linköping University and I got my Master of Science degree in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering in January 2001. I obtained my Licentiate of Engineering and my PhD degrees in Automatic Control in December 2004 and November 2007, respectively. After that, I have held a position as Research Associate (Forskarassistent).

Since 1 February, 2010 I work at Autoliv Electronics AB in Linköping with Night Vision Systems.

Research

My research interest is system identification of industrial robots and is done in cooperation with ABB Robotics.

In November 30, 2007, I successfully defended my PhD thesis Multivariable Frequency-Domain Identification of Industrial Robots.
