Jonas Callmer
Jonas Callmer is a doctoral student at the Division of Automatic Control at the Department of Electrical Engineering at Linköping University (Linköpings universitet). He started his Ph.D. studies in June 2008 after completing his M.Sc. degree in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering (Teknisk Fysik och Elektroteknik) at Linköping University.
Jonas Callmer will defend his dissertation, Autonomous Localization in Unknown Environments, on June 5th 2013. The defence will take place at 10:15 in Visionen, B-building, Campus Valla, Linköping University.

Jonas Callmer was born in Lidingö, a suburb of Stockholm, Sweden.
Jonas Callmer received the Licentiate of Engineering degree in Automatic Control (Teknologie Licentiat, Reglerteknik) from Linköping University in May 2011. The Licentiate thesis was entitled Topics in Localization and Mapping.
Research
Jonas Callmer's research is involved in navigation problems and is primarily focused on the indoor positioning for first responders problem. See further in the research page.
